Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary based on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days.
For larger orders or remote areas, additional delivery time may apply. You will be notified of any delays via email.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sun Valley Rabbitry. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Refunds will be processed once the product has been returned and inspected.
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability, and additional delivery fees may apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including perishable goods or items that have been opened or used. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Customers are responsible for the return delivery costs, unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. In such cases, we will cover the return delivery cost.
